A friend is under 5 foot, and about 94 pounds. She is an avid exerciser, and needs to gain weight in order to help her become pregnant. Are there any recipes for high calorie, gluten free, dairy free shakes, or examples of a menu anyone can give? Thanks!

My mother recently bought a bottle of Soy Sauce, that had the label ”Gluten Free” However, on the back of the label it clearly read, Ingredients contain added sulphites, WHEAT and soy products.
